10.1. Right to withdraw given consent
When the processing of personal data is based on your consent, it is your right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of your consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing conducted pursuant to the consent given before its withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent by sending an email to office@LJsports.group or writing to the Company's registered office.
10.2. The right of access to personal data
You have the right to request confirmation on whether we are processing your data and, if so, to access it, as well any information regarding the purpose of the processing, categories of personal data, recipients or categories of recipients, the estimated period during which the data will be stored or the criteria for determining this period, the existence of rights, the existence of automated decision making.

10.3. The right to rectification of incorrect or incomplete data and the right of erasure
If your data is incorrect and/or outdated, you have the right to ask us to correct the information. You can request a correction by sending an email to office@LJsports.group In certain cases, you have the right to request the deletion of your data, i.e. you have the so-called “right to be forgotten”. Note that the right to be forgotten is not an absolute right. In other words, we have the right to refuse your request for deletion of data if we have a legitimate interest and/or legal obligation and/or right to retain certain data. 10.4. The right to object to the processing based on the legitimate interests of the Data Controller
You can object to data processing at any time, even when data processing is based on legitimate interests. Following an objection, we can no longer process personal data unless we prove that there are compelling legitimate reasons for processing that supersede your interests, rights and freedoms, or that the data are processed to make, exercise or defend legal claims. 10.5. The right to be informed and data portability
We are obligated to process your personal data transparently and clearly, and you have the right to receive easily understandable information about how we use your data. This is why we have published this Privacy Policy in order to explain in a simple and transparent way what data we collect and why. Note that you can send us an email regarding any additional questions and/or explanations related to protecting your personal data at office@LJsports.group. You also have the right to transfer data from our database to another Data Controller. This right applies only to the data you provide to us pursuant to a contract or consent and if the processing is performed by automated means. 10.6. Right of complaint to a competent authority
It is your fundamental right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency, Martićeva 14, Zagreb, if you believe that your personal data has been breached. You are also welcome to contact us if you feel that we are infringing your rights in any way.
10.7. The right to restrict
It is your right to request a restriction of the processing of your data if you A) dispute the accuracy of personal data for a period allowing the Data Controller to verify the accuracy of personal data, B) if we no longer require the personal data, but you request it for the purpose of determining, exercising or defending legal rights, C) if you objected to processing pursuant to legitimate interests, in the period during which it is expected to confirm whether the legitimate interests of the Data Controller supersede your rights, and D) if the processing is illegal, but you object to the deletion of data and request a restriction.
